What should I do when I arrive?
Parking: SNWC participants should park in the University Center Parking Garage located adjacent to the Sam Houston Sanders Corps of Cadets Center, between Houston Street and Throckmorton Street (see campus map). Parking is approximately $15.00 per day.
Check-In: Please check in at the Sanders Corps of Cadets Center between 4:00-5:00 p.m. on your scheduled date of arrival (Monday or Thursday). Your Cadet host will be waiting to meet you in the Corps Center, so please arrive as close to your estimated time of arrival as possible. If you are running late, please call the Recruiting Office at 1-800-TAMU-AGS to update your arrival time. Students arriving after 5:00 may miss some of the evening activities, including formation and possibly dinner with the Corps. If you arrive between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. you will check-in at the Corps Center. Late arrivals (after 6:00 p.m.) will check-in at the Recruiting Operations Center, located in the east wing of the Corps Center. Enter through the east side door. The phone number is (979) 458-3689.
