An Important Part of a Cadet's Life

Physical training is an important part of a cadet’s life. Cadets begin most mornings with a run, calisthenics, or intramural athletics practice.


Intramural Sports

Cadets compete in intramural sports throughout the school year, including flag football, volleyball, softball, basketball, swimming, and track & field. Many cadets also participate in athletic activities outside the Corps, including varsity and club sports.


Personal Fitness

Cadets are also encouraged to improve their physical fitness through a personal workout program. The Student Recreation Center is a premier facility with weight rooms, pools, volleyball and basketball courts, an indoor track and many other activities and events.
